About Us
Our Team
We have a dynamic team of students from local universities who are stepping to the challenge of giving back. We are a volunteer-led organization. Our founder, Aleah Reaza, is a Biology major at the University of La Verne. Our VP Finance is also a Biology major at Cal State Long Beach. Our Treasurer and Secretary have years of experience in bookkeeping and finance. Our volunteers are passionate and hold XO Donation's values close to their heart. Our History
XO Donations became an official nonprofit on February 28, 2019. Since then, we have given household essentials to many families. Over 50 sets of school supplies have been donated to low income schools in the East LA area. We have also donated school supplies for the children of farm field workers in Salinas, California. In addition, we have donated household essentials to House of Ruth, a shelter who houses victims of domestic violence and their children.
Our Mission
XO Donations strives to help those in need, who are often overlooked and ignored. We focus on asking what an individual or a family needs and personalize a bundle with items they need. Personalized bundles help families and individuals eliminate the choice between paying rent, buying groceries, or purchasing essential toiletries. Additionally, we value education and give school supplies to students in need and provide them with enough to last for two years. We have also been able to provide a scholarship to a college student.
